Timmerfabriek tour
15 June 2019On May 18 and June 15, Architecture Day, there is the unique opportunity to see the development of Bureau Europa and the Muziekgieterij. Maurer United’s architects will show you around and explain the renovations.
In Maastricht, the Timmerfabriek on the Bassin is a household name. More than 5000 m2 makes it one of Maastricht’s largest monuments. Today, the building is home to Bureau Europa, the Muziekgieterij, and Lumière.
The building has been undergoing a major transformation for some time. In 2017 Maurer United Architects began the Muziekgieterij’s extension, it reopens in 2020, and started on Bureau Europa in 2018.
