Housing in space and time. A search for socio-cultural trends in housing

The VROM Council organized together with TU Delft and NAiM/Bureau Europa a meeting on socio-cultural trends that determine the future housing demand.

During the program the VROM advice was presented by members of the VROM Council. Several members of the VROM Council, a.o. Arnold Reijndorp, Peter Boelhouwer, Karin van Dreven and Hans Mommaas presented their advice about Living in space and time. 

After that, the new living was discussed on different scales based on promising projects. Ton Schaap, the large design grote ontwerp; Han Michel, the new living landscape; Dick van Gameren, the new house; Marnix Norder, more and better housing; Jurgen Bey, home again thuis; Jacqueline Tellinga, private building in practice.  

Subsequently, discussions took place with reactions of a panel consisting of a.o. Marien de Langen (Mitros), Marcel Musch (BVR and director BNA design lab krimp).

NAiM/Bureau Europa held a photo presentation on site, following an earlier exhibition in Maastricht: Changing Ideals, Re-thinking the House.
